At Global Institute of Laundry Management (GILM), we aim to provide high-quality educational services
and materials. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Courses (Online & Offline Training Programs)
No Returns / No Refunds
All purchases for online and offline courses are final and non-refundable once:
• Access to online content is provided, or
• Enrollment in an offline batch is confirmed.
This is because course content, materials, and seat allocation are reserved specifically for the enrolled
student.
Rescheduling / Transfer (Case-by-Case)
In exceptional cases (medical emergency or unavoidable circumstances), GILM may allow:
• One-time batch rescheduling, subject to seat availability, or
• Transfer to another upcoming batch
Approval is at GILM’s sole discretion and must be requested at least 7 days before the batch start date.
No cash refunds will be issued.
2. Books (Physical Products)
Not eligible for Replacement (No Returns / No Refunds)
Books purchased from GILM are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Replacement Policy (Damaged / Defective Books Only)
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
• The book is damaged in transit, or
• You received a PDF in replacement.
Replacement Request Timeline
• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
• The book must be unused and in original packaging
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
If ordered from amazon or flip kart or any other third party Gilm Hold no responsibility.
3. Order Cancellation
• Orders for courses cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Orders for books cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
4. Non-Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
We do not accept requests for:
• Change of mind
• Delay due to incorrect address provided by the customer
• Damage caused after delivery
• Partially used books
• Course dissatisfaction after access has been granted

• Order ID
• Registered name & phone number
• Clear images/videos (for book damage)
6. Policy Updates
GILM reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be
effective once published on our website
