1. Acceptance
Global Institute of Laundry Management is a brand incorporated and operated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using our website, application, services, or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our”, and “Global Institute of Laundry Management” refer to the operating entity managing this platform.
2. Modification of Price and Services
All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made at the time of delivery or as directed by us.
We reserve the right to retain goods until full payment is received.
3. Content and Copyright
All content on the website and application is the sole property of Global Institute of Laundry Management and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
4. Third-Party Links & Payment Gateways
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or products.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. In case of payment failure due to gateway issues, we shall not be held responsible.
5. Cookies

Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, some features may not function properly.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or membership in cases including but not limited to:
Misbehavior with company staff
Non-payment of bills
Excessive cancellations or no-shows
Fraudulent or suspicious activities
No complaints shall be entertained in this regard.
7. Offers and Coupon Codes
Offers and coupon codes:
Are valid for limited periods
Must be used before expiry
May be withdrawn at any time without notice
8. Minimum Order
Minimum order value is ₹200 for services and products.
The company reserves the right to revise minimum order criteria without notice.
9. Damaged Items
We are not responsible for damage due to color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric weakness, or inherent defects.
Customers must check garments at delivery.
If damage is caused by us, compensation will be up to 10 times the processing charge of the item.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
Special Notes:
Starch (Chark) is applied at customer’s risk.
Damaged garments will not be processed without consent.
10. Lost Items
Lost item claims must be reported at the time of delivery.
An item is considered lost after 10 days.
Compensation will be up to 10 times the processing charge.
Subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
11. Delivery
We aim for timely and secure delivery.
Customers must check items at delivery.
Complaints after delivery will not be entertained.
Items must be collected within 15 days of booking.
12. Reimbursement Policy
If an item is damaged or lost due to our fault, compensation will be up to 10 times the service cost.
After compensation payment, ownership of the garment transfers to Global Institute of Laundry Management for research or quality analysis purposes.
We are not responsible for valuables (gold, watches, money, phones, etc.) left in garments.
13. Hand Dry Service
We use best-in-class dryers. If hand-dry service is preferred, please inform us in advance.
14. Pick-Up, Delivery, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Pickup timing confirmed via app or call.
No-show fee: ₹50 per instance.
Cancellation must be done within 30 minutes of booking.
Excessive cancellations may lead to membership cancellation.
15. Allergies
We use high-quality detergents and antibacterial solutions.
Customers with allergies must inform us in advance.
We are not responsible for medical conditions.
16. Re-Cleaning Policy
Re-cleaning request must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
Re-cleaning allowed once per item.
Special pickup may be arranged if necessary.
17. Personal Property
We are not responsible for valuables left in garments.
If found, they will be returned without reimbursement liability.
18. Membership & Club
Membership approval is at company discretion.
Membership is non-transferable (except spouse).
Membership has an expiry date.
19. Package System
Packages are available for members only.
Pickup limits apply as per package terms.
20. Tax and Payments
Taxes applicable as per Government of India.
Package payments must be made in advance.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
21. Disputes
All disputes shall be settled under Delhi Court jurisdiction only.
22. Denial of Services
We reserve the right to deny service without prior notice to protect company and customers.
23. Use of Content
All graphics, logos, brand name, and materials are the property of Global Institute of Laundry Management. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
24. Inventory Records
We reserve the right to maintain garment records, including images, for archival, inventory, and quality control purposes.
25. Your Consent
By using our services, you consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
26. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
